What is an earth grid?

Hartmann, Curry and ley lines

Learning about the lines of energy that flow around Mother Earth can involve a highly complex discussion. Here’s the good news: I’m going to break it down as simply as possible. I can only tell you what I’ve seen and experienced. The Earth grid is composed of local, regional, and global lines of energy. Locally, they are known as Hartmann lines; regional ones are referred to as Curry lines, and when they span the globe, they are called ley lines. The force field is referred to as telluric currents. There is also another type known as black lines. Black lines are local or regional only. They are negative or unhealthy energy that can be straight or curved. Two types have been identified: the first is “black and depressed,” and the second is “shiny, black, hard, and sharp.” There are negative lines around Earth, but not a lot compared to the positive and healthy types above. I have run into black energy lines before, but not often. Where I did run into them was at traumatic land sites. Areas where you might find one is on historic battlegrounds or a site where someone was murdered or died in let’s say a car wreck. They are never beyond where the trauma is held by the land. I have been able to successfully remove them by releasing the spirits trapped in such a place, and the energy clears up and becomes positive once more.

A vortex can be likened to an “electrical energy substation” within the aura surrounding Mother Earth. Its function is to transfer cosmic prana into our planet to ensure its growth, continued harmony, and balance. We can liken the energy of a vortex to that of a tornado whirling around. It can spin clockwise, counter-clockwise, or in both directions at different times of the day or night, depending on what type it is.

Whether you realize it or not, every human is also surrounded by an energy grid. This grid is not the same as an aura, so don’t confuse them because they are two separate pieces that create our energy anatomy. Please check out the chakra system illustration, Appendix I to see the location of chakras in a human being and where they extend into all other energy fields of our aura. For those who are metaphysically attuned, a vortex is one of Earth’s millions of external chakras. For example, a vortex can form where there is a volcano. Land masses, water bodies, and oceans can also create them. But there is another way they can come into being: when the energy grid lines cross one another (a local line, a regional line, or a ley line), a vortex is automatically created—and you are far more likely to run into this type.

All Hartmann or Curry lines are either curved or straight and are connected around Mother Earth. Curry lines, are about nine feet apart and move east to west.[1] My own experience is that these lines of energy are created by the map of the land, land formations, and water sources (above or below ground). They are local and can bend and move in harmony with how the land was constructed. So while nine feet is a general rule of thumb, I’ve seen two lines be within four feet of one another, but again, the land masses dictate this.

Hartmann lines run east-west or north-south, creating a grid across Earth’s surface with a distance of about six feet in north-south directions and two and a half feet in the east-west direction.[2] It is said that alternating net lines are charged either positive or negative, however, I can’t speak to that. Dowsers and others in energy grid research say that north-south Hartmann lines can be felt every two meters (six feet, six inches), while lines in an east-west direction are eight feet apart. My experience has shown me they can be closer together or farther apart due to landmass in the area.

Ley lines are created by land formation phenomena. Stone circles like Avebury, Stonehenge, or the planting of trees to create Woodhenge in England, are examples. Where you have one superstructure land formation (a mountain, a tall hill like a manmade tor, or a butte), these lines can move energy from one place to another. It has been said that five stones placed in a line within twenty-five miles can create one naturally in Nature, and water is also a resource that can help create a ley line. Generally speaking, you’ll be dealing with Curry and Hartmann lines, and more rarely, a ley line could be involved.
