Films That Support Mother Earth and All Her Relations
My hope is that as time goes on more and more films come out about the human connection with Mother Earth.
Down To Earth is one such film, and worth your time and focus. There is a lovely 2-minute trailer (you have to scroll down the page for it).
Our elders were at one time the backbone of our connection with all life that surrounded us. In many countries these elders are still teaching and training the next generation, and passing their experience and wisdom on.
I loved watching this documentary, especially the wisdom of the medicine people from the Amazon, Australia, Africa, and North America. It is all the same message: If we are to survive, we must be one with Mother Earth and work with “all our relations.” Humans are not special. They are merely part of a huge jigsaw puzzle of all life on Earth. All life should be respected.
There is only one family on Mother Earth: All of us, together. No one better than the other. No one top dog. We must work in unison to keep the harmony and balance on this planet.
I hope you enjoy Down To Earth!
